In December 2020, AX Group unveiled its new flagship business centre in Mosta: a base for the diversified corporation that operates in construction, development, healthcare, hospitality and renewable energy.
The inauguration of AX Business Centre came after years of significant growth for the Group across its award-winning and forward-looking portfolio of properties. In establishing its headquarters within the new state-of-the-art office complex, AX Group has centralised its operations to foster greater synergy across the entire Group.
Over €12 million were invested in the project, with €6 million dedicated to the Group’s business centre alone. Masterminded by AX Group’s Chairman and Founder Angelo Xuereb and built by AX Construction, the office complex is arranged across 12,000sqm – of which 3,000sqm are dedicated to AX Group’s office space that is spread over two floors.
The complex was planned by architect Philip Micallef with interior design by architect Dorianne Ellis. It was specifically designed to contribute to a healthier work-life balance for AX Group’s employees, which is why there is ample space and amenities to foster an inspiring space for work, creativity and productivity.
The building itself embraces the Group’s commitment to sustainable development through a range of eco-conscious design features. And it also comprises a four-level basement car park to ensure the complex is commute-friendly.
The building is a true reflection of the high level of quality AX Group is renowned for and it serves to continue attracting the highest-calibre people to the AX team.
